TRT and ED Treatment From One Program: 8 Programs Priced (2026)
Which online programs sell testosterone (TRT) and ED treatment under one account, how each prices the two, and the two products that combine them in one pill.

Comparison
Men often end up asking about both, and the programs know it. What they sell is convenience: one login, one intake, one pharmacy. What they do not sell is a discount for doing both. This guide shows how each program prices the pair, what the combined products contain, and when two separate programs cost less. Every testosterone price is on our testosterone price page and every ED price on our ED price page.
Who sells both, and how they charge
| Program | Testosterone or enclomiphene, a month | ED treatment | Hair loss | What sits on top |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Hims | Compounded testosterone $79; Testosterone Rx+ (enclomiphene + tadalafil) $49 | Generic sildenafil $22 a month | Finasteride $22 | Membership required for testosterone, billed separately |
| Rugiet | Enclomiphene $99; Enclomiphene + tadalafil $99 | Compounded Rugiet Ready, price inside the intake | Compounded Grower, price inside the intake | First labs $79, credited if approved |
| Maximus | Enclomiphene or testosterone injection $99.99 (long plans) | Compounded Blood Flow $35.99 | Oral minoxidil $24.99 | At-home lab included but not priced; no membership |
| Henry Meds | Compounded testosterone $129, labs included | Oral ED $50 (3-month plan) | Not sold | None listed |
| Hone Health | Testosterone from $28, enclomiphene from $42 | Generic tadalafil from $25 | Topical finasteride + minoxidil $38 | Membership, $25 or $155 a month |
| PeterMD | Testosterone cypionate $79 (12 months upfront) | Generic sildenafil $6 a tablet | Finasteride $45 (60-day plan) | Appointment and blood work |
| Rex MD | Testosterone program $250 to $299 | Generic sildenafil from $1.80 a dose | Finasteride $18 | First labs and consult, $99 once |
| MangoRx | Compounded testosterone $99 or $149 (its pages disagree) | Compounded sildenafil $59 | Compounded Grow $90 | None listed |
Each price was read on the program's own page on October 31, 2026, and each review links its source. A figure with a fee in the last column is not an all-in price: the fee is required on top.
The two combined products
Two programs put a testosterone-support drug and an ED drug into one product.
- Rugiet Enclomiphene+. Rugiet describes it as "Enclomiphene for testosterone, plus tadalafil for ED support" (Rugiet Enclomiphene+ page). The same page says "All ongoing monitoring is included in your treatment cost" (Rugiet Enclomiphene+ page). It is compounded: Rugiet's enclomiphene page states "Compounded drugs are not approved by the FDA" (Rugiet enclomiphene page).
- Hims Testosterone Rx+. Enclomiphene with tadalafil and supplements. Hims does not say on the product card whether it is compounded, and testosterone products there need a paid membership on top. Details are in our Hims review.
Tadalafil on its own is a well-documented ED drug: the Cialis label says it "is indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED)" (DailyMed: Cialis label). Enclomiphene is not FDA-approved, so a pill that mixes the two is a compounded product with no FDA review of the finished formula.
The trade-off with a combined pill is flexibility. If you want the ED drug only on some days, or a different strength of one ingredient, a single tablet cannot do that. Two prescriptions can.
- FDA-approved and compounded
- No FDA warning letter found
- No state list published
What one account does and does not get you
What it gets you: one intake, one clinician who sees both prescriptions, and one pharmacy. That matters for safety. The Cialis label warns that "Administration of CIALIS to patients using any form of organic nitrate is contraindicated" (DailyMed: Cialis label), and a single prescriber is better placed to catch a clash.
What it does not get you: a bundle price. Henry Meds says its testosterone price covers "your healthcare provider visits, labwork, medication and supplies, shipping, and ongoing support" (Henry Meds TRT page), but its ED plan is billed on its own. Hone's top membership is sold as "everything Hone offers: regular lab testing, physician consults, and full access to our medications" (Hone Health TRT page), yet its medications still carry their own monthly prices.
When two programs cost less
The cheapest ED plans we track are not at the testosterone programs. Our cheapest ED page ranks every plan, and the lowest per-dose generic is at Strut Health for $1.60 a dose. Several testosterone programs sell only compounded ED products (Maximus, Rugiet, MangoRx), which cost more per dose than an FDA-approved generic.
So a common split is a testosterone program for TRT and labs, plus a separate low-cost generic for ED, with both prescribers told about the other drug. Our enclomiphene vs TRT guide compares the testosterone side on cost.
Test before you start
Whatever the bundle, testosterone treatment starts with blood work. The testosterone cypionate label says to "confirm the diagnosis of hypogonadism by ensuring that serum testosterone concentrations have been measured in the morning on at least two separate days" (DailyMed: Depo-Testosterone label). Our testosterone test cost guide prices the panels.
Questions
FAQ
Can I get TRT and ED treatment from one program?
Yes. Hims, Rugiet, Maximus, Henry Meds, Hone Health, PeterMD, Rex MD and MangoRx all sell testosterone or enclomiphene alongside ED treatment. Each prices the two separately, and none we track offers a bundle discount. Rugiet and Hims also sell one pill that combines enclomiphene with tadalafil.
Does Hims sell TRT and ED treatment together?
Hims sells both under one account. Generic sildenafil starts at $22 a month, and testosterone products need a separate paid membership on top of the medication. Its Testosterone Rx+ combines enclomiphene with tadalafil, an ED drug, in one product. Whether that product is compounded is not stated on its card.
Does Maximus treat both low testosterone and ED?
Yes. Maximus sells enclomiphene and compounded testosterone, and a compounded ED protocol called Blood Flow from $35.99 a month. Maximus states its compounded medications are not approved or evaluated by the FDA. It charges no membership fee, though its testosterone pages do not price the included at-home lab test.
Can you take testosterone and tadalafil together?
Programs prescribe them together, and Rugiet and Hims sell them in one product. Whether the pair is right for you depends on your heart health and other medicines; the Cialis label rules it out for men taking nitrates. A clinician who sees both prescriptions should make that call.
Is a combined testosterone and ED pill FDA-approved?
No. Both combined products we track contain enclomiphene, which has no FDA approval, so the finished pill is a compounded product. Tadalafil on its own is FDA-approved for ED, and generic tablets are sold by most of these programs.
Is it cheaper to use one program for everything?
Usually not. No program we track discounts the second treatment, and the cheapest generic ED plans sit at programs that do not sell testosterone. One account buys convenience and one prescriber, not a lower price. For every testosterone price see our [testosterone price page](/cost/trt), and for the overall ranking see [Best men's health programs](/best).
