prices.csv columns

The first line starts with # and carries the licence; skip it when you parse the file.

kind: program (an online program we track and rank) or reference (a cash-pharmacy price with your own prescription; not ranked, no commission)
provider: the program or seller name
provider_slug: our id for the program; its review is at /reviews/<slug>
plan: the plan or product as the seller names it
treatment: the category the plan is listed under on this site
price_usd: the headline price in USD per month (empty when the seller publishes none)
price_unit: month, year or test: what price_usd is per
price_per_dose_usd: the price of one dose, pill, test or panel as published, or worked out from a published total and count (the includes column then says so)
dose_unit: what one dose is: pill, tablet, dose, panel, test
doses_per_month: doses in one month or one pack, where the seller states it
all_in: no when a required fee (membership, consult, labs) is left out of the price
fda_approved: yes for an FDA-approved product, no for a compounded one, empty when not stated
otc: yes for an over-the-counter product, sold without a prescription
billing: the billing terms as published
includes: what the price includes, and our arithmetic where we did any
biomarkers_measured: lab plans: distinct markers measured in the published list, calculated values taken out
usd_per_measured_marker: lab plans: price_usd divided by biomarkers_measured
states_excluded: two-letter states where the plan is not sold, per the seller
state_prices: a different price in some states, per the seller (e.g. NY 399)
source_url: the seller's page we read the price on
quote: the words on that page that carry the price, verbatim
checked: the date we read it (YYYY-MM-DD)

How often it updates

Prices are re-read on each program's own page twice a week (Monday and Thursday) when they are older than 14 days, and the files rebuild with every change. The per-pill history gains a row every Monday. Each file is rebuilt from the same data the pages show, so a number in a file is always the number on the page. Last updated October 31, 2026.
